Physician group Hudson Headwaters is moving forward with a $3.15 million plan to renovate a clinic in Glens Falls. Hudson Headwaters plans to renovate its North Country OB-GYN site at 90 South St. to be able to expand beyond the second floor. Bids for the project go out this week.
