Human Resources, Inc. is reminding you that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Summary of Work-Related Injury and Illness form (300A) needs to be posted by February 1st, 2014.This summary report must be posted from February 1st to April 30, 2014 whether or not there were recorded injuries. The summary includes the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred in 2013 and was logged on OSHA Form 300, Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses.
