HydraPower Systems: Portland company buys Pelham warehouse for distribution facility

Portland, Ore.-based Hydra-Power Systems has acquired warehouse property in Pelham and plans to open its regional distribution facility at the site. Hydra-Power Systems purchased the property at 150 Business Center Drive for $745,000, according to Jefferson County public records. The 13,500 facility will become the Pacific Northwest company's Southeast distribution facility, according to a release from Graham & Co.
