ICE Industria Chimica Emiliana: ICE Group completed the acquisition of ABC Farmaceutici S.p.A ("ABC")

We are pleased to announce that on December 15th ICE Group completed the acquisition of ABC Farmaceutici S.p.A (“ABC”). ABC is a pharmaceutical company based in Ivrea, Italy. Founded in 1925, the company is dedicated to the research, development, production and sale of pharmaceutical products and active ingredients. Almost 100 years of activity and commitment to its patients have allowed ABC to obtain international patents in gastroenterology and pulmonology medical specialisations, as well as important global partnerships for the contract manufacture of several pharmaceutical formulations.
