iCore Networks: Internet phone giant buys McLean-based iCore for $92M in cash (Video)

McLean-based Internet phone company iCore Networks has been acquired by New Jersey-based Vonage in a cash deal worth $92 million, iCore said in a news release. Both companies' board of directors have already approved the sale.
