Ictivity: Ingram Micro Buys Ictivity

Irvine-based Ingram Micro said on Thursday that it has acquired Ictivity, a provider of European IT services. According to Ingram Micro, the acquisition will expand its portfolio of high value, IT services in Europe. Ictivity is based in the Netherlands, and provides consulting, implementation and managed services. Financial terms of the acquistion were not announced. According to Ingram mIcro, Ictivity will continue to operate independently as Ictivity, an Ingram MIcro company, with offices in Eindhoven and Vianen.
