Best has removed from under review with negative implications and affirmed the financial strength rating of A- (Excellent) and the issuer credit ratings of "a-" of International Fidelity Insurance Company (IFIC) (Newark, NJ) and its subsidiary, Allegheny Casualty Company (Allegheny) (Norristown, PA). The outlook assigned to these ratings is negative. The affirmation of the ratings reflects the group's strong capitalization, solid underwriting results and exp
