iGambit: iGambit to merge with VC-backed Clinigence

iGambit Inc said Aug 9 that it is merging with Clinigence Holdings Inc. Financial terms weren't announced. The combined company, which will operate under the Clinigence Holdings Inc name, will be a healthcare information technology company. Clinigence has raised $18.81 million in VC funding, PitchBook said.
