Landry's Inc. won the Aug. 7 bankruptcy court auction for Houston-based Ignite Restaurant Group - owner of the Joe's Crab Shack and Brick House Tavern + Tap chains. Landry's, the restaurant empire also based in Houston and owned by billionaire Tilman Fertitta, is now waiting for a judge to approve the $55 million sale in an Aug. 17 court hearing in the Bayou City, according to Nation's Restaurant News.
