The Company filed for an extension due to delays in finalizing its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2018, primarily due to additional time needed to finalize the audit of its financials as a result of the January 2018 acquisition of certain assets of iGourmet LLC and the July 2018 acquisition of certain assets of Mouth Foods Inc.
