Il Fornaio: Corner Bakery Cafe names Frank Paci CEO

Dallas restaurant company Corner Bakery Cafe and Corte Madera, California-based eatery chain Il Fornaio announced Thursday the hire of Frank Paci as CEO of both companies. Paci comes with 25 years in the retail and food service industries. He most recently served as president and CEO of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group.
