Imogene And Willie: Colorado investors, Tennessee jeans makers in legal battle

The founders of Nashville-based jeans maker Imogene + Willie are pushing back against efforts to force the company into bankruptcy. In late August, husband and wife investors Robert Lamey and Paige Heid of Colorado filed suit against the company in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Denver. Lamey and Heid had put $1.5 million into Imogene + Willie in 2013 in exchange for a 46.5 percent stake.
