IMT Residential: IMT Residential acquires Ballantyne apartment complex for $89.2 million

The complex sold on Oct. 21 and was purchased by California-based apartment operator IMT Residential. The firm purchased the property, which was formerly called District South, from Georgia-based Flournoy Development Co.
