Independent Can: Independent Can to buy Rosedale manufacturing plant for $25 million

A growing Belcamp can maker has agreed to purchase a specialty tin manufacturing facility in Rosedale for $25 million. Independent Can Co. will acquire the 136,000-square-foot plant located at 1101 Todds Lane from Broomfield, Colo.-based Ball Corp..
