The Indiana Emergency Medical Services for Children has named Josee Miller, a paramedic for Franciscan Health Indianapolis, as one of its Healthcare Heroes for Children. She was recognized because of her "dedication to ensuring high-quality pediatric emergency care." Miller started working with Franciscan Health in 2013. She serves as clinical coordinator for EMS education and is clinical coordinator for her department.
