inMusic: InMusic to acquire audio manufacturer Rane

InMusic has revealed that it is set to acquire DJ product manufacturer Rane Corporation, with the transaction set to be completed this summer.Co-founders Linda Arink and Dennis Bohn have agreed to sell Rane to inMusic and plan to retire once the acquisition is complete.Rane is well-known for its cutting-edge audio products for the DJ and professional sound markets.
