Intelenet Global Services: $1 bn acquisition of Intelenet by Teleperformance gets CCI approval

Euronext-listed Teleperformance, which reported consolidated revenue of about $4.7 billion, has 2.23 lakh employees across 350 contact centres in 76 countries. Mergers and acquisitions beyond a certain threshold require the approval of the CCI.
