InterAct: Constellation Acquires InterAct911

Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU), announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation ("Harris"), the acquisition of InterAct911 Corporation ("InterAct"). InterAct is a provider of Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management, Mobile Enforcement and Offender Management systems in the United States and select regions worldwide.
