Intrawest: New Winter Park-Steamboat ski areas operator takes on a new name

The new operator of the Steamboat and Winter Park ski areas in Colorado, as well as 10 other North American ski resorts, has a new name. In April, Denver-based Intrawest Resort Holdings Inc. was sold to affiliates of KSL Capital Partners and Henry Crown and Company. The new name of the Denver-based company is Alterra Mountain Company.
