Inventus: Legility buys Chicago-based Inventus

Brentwood, Tennessee-based Legility, which provides technology and consulting services to the legal industry, has made another acquisition. The company, formerly known as Counsel on Call, announced Tuesday it has bought Chicago-based Inventus. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
