Investra: EXCLUSIVE: Riverfront hotel gets new ownership

A Greater Cincinnati hotel with views of the Ohio River has new owners. Banyan Investment Group and Investra Investments have purchased the Comfort Suites in Newport. The investors are planning a $1.8 million renovation of the six-story, 124-suite property over the next few months. Financial details of the sale weren't disclosed.
