iParadigms: Plagiarism detection software maker IParadigms sold for $752 million

IParadigms, the Oakland-based online plagiarism-prevention and grading-tools service, has agreed to be acquired for a healthy $752 million by Insight Venture Partners and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund.
