iProfile : Discover.org buys a rival as it seeks an international presence

Sales and marketing intelligence firm DiscoverOrg has acquired rival iProfile in a deal that will give the Vancouver-based company an expanded presence in international markets. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is a sort of full-circle move for DiscoverOrg CEO Henry Schuck: Schuck and DiscoverOrg co-founder Kirk Brown worked at iProfile in the early 2000s.
