IR: POWER ELECTRONICS: IR introduces rad-hard DC-DC converters for spacecraft power

International Rectifier (IR) in El Segundo, Calif., is introducing the M3G120 series of 40-watt radiation-hardened (rad-hard) 120-volt input DC-DC converters for a wide range of digital and analog spacecraft power systems requiring as long as 15 years of mission life.
