Quad/Graphics Inc. said Wednesday that it has purchased a marketing services provider based in the Dallas area that was named one of the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies in the U.S. Quad/Graphics (NYSE: QUAD), a Sussex-based commercial printer, said the acquisition of Ivie & Associates expands the combined companies' scale for onsite marketing services and subject matter expertise in digital, media and creative.
