IViewSystems: Riverside acquires iView as an add-on
The Riverside Company has acquired iView Systems as an add-on for its Omnigo Software platform. No financial terms were disclosed. Toronto-based iView is a provider of public safety software solutions for the gaming and hospitality markets. Deepath Capital Management provided debt financing for the deal.
