J.H. Whitney: The Cooley Group acquired by J.H. Whitney Capital Partners

PAWTUCKET - The Cooley Group, a longtime family-owned manufacturer of technical textiles and polymer membranes, has been acquired by J.H. Witney Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
