Jagged Peak: ID Logistics acquires Tampa e-commerce company for $15 million

ID Logistics, a contract logistics company based in France, has announced it is acquiring the assets of Jagged Peak, a Tampa-based logistics services company that specializes in e-commerce, for $15 million.
