Jelli Blog Maintaining a Strong Culture Virtually

After more than 10 months of working remotely, we decided it was time to shake things up. We always offer optional virtual activities like yoga, meditation, and game nights, but last week we had a three-day virtual celebration in place of our normal holiday party. Thanks to Zoom,  we traveled to Portugal, Italy, and Mexico from the safety of our homes!
