Jerry's Foods: Jerry's Foods will own three sold Rainbows

The $65 million deal in which Roundy's Inc. is selling most of its Twin Cities Rainbow groceries to Supervalu Inc. and Lund Food Holdings still has some loose ends, but a few more are getting tied up as the dust settles.
