MONDAY, JANUARY 16, 2017NOW BOOKING NEWBORNS THROUGH APRIL 2017!My two boys are almost 4 and 2. People always say the time will fly by and you know they're right when you hear that, but it doesn't really register until you're sitting there staring at your almost 4 and 2 year olds, convinced you were cuddling their sweet newborn faces just months ago. And now, I'm one of those people that states the obvious to others because, HOLY CRAP you guys. Time with your babies flies by. Like, flies by.This is one of the many reasons that I chose to do newborn and baby photography. But I will save all of the boring details of why and how I chose my career for another post. I will say this though. When I look back at their newborn photos, I am instantly transported to those first few weeks when their skin was still flaky, and they smelled like fresh babies, and the way it felt to have them fall asleep on your chest and NEVER want to move them. I'm not kidding, I think I get teary-eyed every time and then I go on a week long bender trying to convince my husband we should have more. Because they were newborns for like a day and I want to experience the whole experience just one more time! It really is such a precious time and one that deserves to be captured and displayed and looked at often. Timeless memories that can be passed down to future generations. Whether I am allowed the honor of photographing your babies or you choose to go somewhere else, please just do it. I promise you won't be sorry!Newborn sessions should be booked at least 2-3 months in advance and generally take place between 7 and 12 days after your baby's birthday.
