Jim's Formal Wear: Jim's Formal Wear is sold to its employees

Jim's Formal Wear's majority owner has sold the company to its employees through an employee stock ownership plan. So far, about 350 of the companies employees have qualified for the ESOP, through which they'll receive their shares over six years.
