Joi Scientific, a Space Coast startup attempting to make hydrogen from seawater to generate electricity, has told shareholders that its technology doesn't work as had been described, according to a report by CBC News in Canada. Attempts by the Orlando Sentinel to reach the company for comment have been unsuccessful.
