Joyner Fine Properties Blog New Disclosure for Virginia Listings/Contracts

We received this update from the Richmond Association of REALTORS® (RAR) on July 10, 2017: "On July 1, 2017, the VA Real Estate Board issued a new three-page Residential Property Disclosure form for use in residential real estate transactions. In response to feedback, the Real Estate Board has modified the form so that only the one-page acknowledgement form directing purchasers to the DPOR website is required to be signed by parties." This means that, as of now (effective July 10, 2017), we have a new 1-page form to use. You will find this form below.
