I've joined the crystal ball rage lately by tucking one away into my camera bag. During downtime at a recent event I pulled it out to create this little vignette of the birthday girl's cake creation. I'm sure some day crystal ball photography will go down as 'gimmicky' but I'm enjoying the process for now and having some fun. I like the way it creates a circle of focus and throws the background into blur.
