JVIC: Houston manufacturing co. inks large industrial sublease

The ongoing conversation about Houston's sublease glut tends to stay focused on available office space. But there are sublease deals getting done on the industrial side. La Porte-based JV Industrial Cos. Ltd., a subsidiary of San Antonio-based Zachry Group, is subleasing 90,140 square feet at a distribution facility at 750 Almeda Genoa Rd., according to a release from Houston-based NAI Partners.
