A classic Columbus food name has a new owner. Kahiki Foods Inc. has been acquired by South Korea-based food company CJ CheilJedang. The Gahanna-based maker of packaged and frozen Asian foods was owned by Abarta Inc., which is in Pittsburgh, and the Tsao family, which started the business in the 1990s as an offshoot of the famed Kahiki Supper Club restaurant, which they had owned.
