My name is Linda Cate I am a native Nevadan! Reno is my home and I love our community. I have two amazing adult children and a fabulous fiancé! I am an orthodontic dental assistant for Welmerink Orthodontics, just celebrating 20 wonderful years with them. I have always loved exercise from my high school volleyball days of doing wall sits, jazzercise, running, swimming you name it I probably have tried it. Even a Tough Mudder! My passion is running, 12 full marathons with two of them being The Boston Marathon!! Now my body says only 1/2's. Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle is and has always been very important to me. Since I have joined Kaia my running and love of exercise has increased!!! My daughter has joined with me and our first BRIK we got the Dynamic Duo award!! To work out with my daughter is a dream come true! She also ran her first 1/2 marathon with me in Disneyland!! Proud momma!! The ladies, from coaches to workout buddies, have changed my life!!
