Keg Logistics: Seaport Capital buys Keg Logistics

Seaport Capital has acquired Denver-based Keg Logistics LLC, a keg management provider for local, regional and national craft breweries in the U.S., Canada and U.K. No financial terms were disclosed. Bregal Sagemount, Keg Logistics' past majority owner, reinvested in the business alongside Seaport.
