Keranetics: KeraNetics expanding in Winston-Salem, renovating former Targacept space

Winston-Salem-based KeraNetics is quadrupling its manufacturing space in Wake Forest Innovation Quarter as it prepares to hopefully begin human clinical trials next year. The regenerative medicine firm, headed by CEO Kim Westmoreland, is moving into space at 200 E.
