Keranetics: Triad biotech company seeks $1.25M in funding

Regenerative medicine firm KeraNetics, which was spun out of research from the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine, is seeking $1.25 million financing in a private offering, according to documents filed with the SEC.
