Keranetics: Winston-Salem biotech company will merge with Massachusetts-based company

Regenerative medicine firm KeraNetics in Winston-Salem has agreed to merge with Lexington, Massachusetts-based Microchips Biotech, forming a new company known as Keratin Biosciences.
