Keranetics: Winston-Salem biotech company will merge with Massachusetts-based company

Regenerative medicine firm KeraNetics in Winston-Salem has agreed to merge with Lexington, Massachusetts-based Microchips Biotech, forming a new company known as Keratin Biosciences. Terms of the merger were not disclosed. The merged company will continue to operate in both locations.
