Klein Financial: CalPERS suit accuses Palo Alto-based Klein Financial of withholding $38.3 million from real estate investments

The California Public Employees' Retirement System is suing Palo Alto-based Klein Financial Corp., alleging that Klein is withholding $38.3 million that CalPERS claims it's owed from real estate investments in Los Angeles.
