There’s a new executive chef heading up the kitchen at Komali Contemporary Mexican Cuisine in Dallas. Julio Peraza, a native of El Salvador, most recently served as the executive sous chef for chef Michael Mina at American Fish at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas. The restaurant will release a spring/summer menu in the coming weeks that will be inspired and led by Peraza.
