KPLR Blog Overdose rate prompts St. Louis County to begin offering free NARCAN

ST. LOUIS – St. Louis County is making moves to try and prevent more overdose death in the region. This comes as the county board announces a plan that would make medication that prevents an overdose more widely available and free of charge.
