KYEC: KYEC sees handset chip demand remain sluggish

Dedicated IC testing house King Yuan Electronics (KYEC) continues to see weak demand for smartphone application processors, with replenishment demand unlikely to pick up until the fourth quarter, according to company president A. H. Liu.
