LaunchKey: iovation buys Las Vegas startup in push for password-free world

In its bid to rid the world of the password, Portland cybersecurity firm iovation has purchased Las Vegas identity authentication and management company LaunchKey. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. It's iovation's first acquisition. LaunchKey's 10 employees have all joined iovation, which now has 140 staffers.
