LCR: Sand Oak invests in LCR

Sand Oak Capital has made an undisclosed investment in Dallas-based LCR Contractors, a provider of spray applied fireproofing and spray thermal insulation services to commercial and residential construction projects. Pinecrest Capital Partners served as financial advisor to LCR on the transaction while Gladstone Capital Corp provided financing to Sand Oak.
