Leap the Pond: AcctTwo Acquires Leap The Pond

Houston-based AcctTwo, a provider of managed acocunting services, software, and custom applications for the finance and accounting market, said it has acquired Leap The Pond, a fellow consulting firm. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Both companies serve the Sage Intacct market. According to AcctTwo, the combined firm will have more than 800 customers across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
