Legrand: Legrand: launches its 6th CSR roadmap

Legrand announces the launch of its 6th CSR roadmap for the period 2025-2027. This roadmap sets out Legrand's CSR priorities for the next 3 years. It focuses mainly on the following areas: promoting diversity and inclusion, mitigating climate change (a -10% reduction in the Group's direct and indirect greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (Scopes 1&2) compared with 2024) and developing a more circular economy. Legrand's 6th CSR roadmap also aims to reach 1/3 of key management positions (Grade Hay 20+) held by women (compared with 27.8% in 2024), to reduce its GHG emissions from Scopes 1&2 by -42% and those from Scope 33 by -25%. The group also aims to eliminate 100% of plastics in primary and secondary packaging for Legrand products, to enable its customers to avoid the emission of 70 million tons of CO2 thanks to its energy-efficient products and services (Scope 4) between 2020 and 2030, and to generate 80% of its sales with eco-responsible solutions.
